“Pregnant?!” Axel exclaimed, staring at Raxin, who was in great distress.  “You can’t be… but… how?!” He asked, walking to her side.

“I… I don’t know. My eighteenth birthday… you, and… it just happened!” She said, too hysterical to even finish one sentence. Raxin sat down on their bed and continued to cry.

Her eighteenth birthday, it was only 3 weeks ago. He took her out for a romantic night, and it ended with them making love. Raxin said it was the best thing she had ever done with him, Axel thought the same.
Then it hit him. He didn’t use protection, did he?

“Oh my… Raxin… I’m so sorry! Please, forgive me! I didn’t know!” Axel exclaimed from across the room. He ran over to her side and threw his arms around her. Rocking back and forth. “We’ll get through this… we will!”

“No Axel! They’ll kill me! They don’t care about my needs…  They don’t want to deal with a pregnant nobody… or a child.” She explained, trying to loosen herself from his grip. “I was kind of… happy, when I found out.” Raxin said, stroking her stomach with her index finger. “But now…” Her hand formed into a fist. “I just wish it never happened… Xemnas would probably do anything to get rid of me now… “

“No! I won’t let him!” He said, in reply. He took Raxin’s hand from her stomach and held it in his own, while his other hand was stroking her hair back. “Raxin… it’s my kid too… I won’t let anyone come near you.”

Raxin nodded and buried her face into Axel’s chest, mumbling to herself.

Axel cocked an eyebrow and held her by her shoulders so he could get a clear look at her. “Does anybody else know?”

“Zexion… and Saix might… but we didn’t tell him, he took me to get checked out… is all.” She said, still sniffling.

Axel pushed the hair from her eyes and smiled, trying to make her feel better. “We’ll get through this… when… should we tell the others?”

“How long can we go without letting them know?”

“Let’s get to bed… you probably want your sleep.”

Raxin nodded and stared at the floor. “Sure… I suppose so.”  Her hand traveled to her stomach. She shut her eyes tightly and let another tear escape. “I’m sorry… you have to go through this…” She whispered.

Axel looked at Raxin and smiled. “You don’t have to be sorry… I’m perfectly fin-“

“The child… I don’t want to bring it into this situation. I feel… so bad. I don’t deserve to be a mother…” She said, looking down at her stomach. Raxin stood up and pulled Axel with her. She pulled him into a hug and rested her head on his chest.

Axel smiled and shook his head. “You’ll be a great mom.” He said, moving his hand to her stomach. “I mean you and me as parents? We’ll be fine.”

***TWO DAYS LATER***

Raxin walked into Zexion’s lab, feeling more nervous than when she had first found out about her being pregnant. She set her hand on the table and sighed, watching Zexion walk out into the room. The silver haired nobody smiled and greeted her with a hug.
“Hey, Rakushinu. Anything wrong?” He asked, with concern.

Raxin shook her head, and shrugged. “Well… no… but… yeah.” She said, sitting on one of the stools. “I’ve been eating non-stop…”

“Normal.”

“I’ve been puking my bra-“

“Normal.”

“Really tired?”

“You’re pregnant, hun. You’re gonna be eating, puking and sleeping. Soon, you’ll be crying and laughing your head off for no reason.”

“And why do you know all of this?”

“Being a scientist… I studied a lot of this stuff. It’s just one of the basics. Feeling any movements yet?”

“Just a little…” Raxin said, touching her stomach.

“You mind if I…?”

Raxin shook her head and watched as Zexion walked closer to her. She took his hand and placed it on her midsection. This was followed by a couple of seconds of silence.

“Well, there’s something there, no doubt.” Zexion said, not moving his hand. “So small… I still can’t really imagine you, showing your gestation. The movements will only get bigger.” He smiled, showing Raxin that everything was alright. He took back control of his hand, leaving Raxin’s. “I can’t really do anything until you start to show though… but… something tells me you’re having a girl.”

“A girl? How do you know that?”

“…I sense these types of things. You’re having a girl… but you can play around and think of names for both genders anyway.”

Raxin’s hand stroked her tummy gently, she smiled weakly. “A girl… I’m only 3 weeks along and you already know this… weird. I can’t wait to tell Axel…” She said, in a whispering tone.

Zexion smiled. “Glad to help you…”  He replied, walking back to his work station.

Raxin sighed and looked over at what the young silver haired nobody was creating. Some kind of experiment.
“What I really wanted to ask you….”

“Hmmn?” He asked, not taking his eyes off of the test tube.

“W-when… the Organization finds out… what you think they’ll do… to me?” She stuttered, seeming more nervous than she had been.  Raxin stood up and wondered around the room.

“They won’t hurt you. Not like I’d let them get near you with any type of weapon. Axel too…” Zexion said in his famous monotone. “You’re pregnant, not killing off the innocent.”

“Yeah. But I’m considered a valuable member, right? They don’t want me… not fighting.” The brunette replied, pushing her hair back.

“They’ll just have to wait. They can’t force you into labor; they can’t force you into abortion. I refuse to do that anyway. And I’m sure you don’t want Vexen helping with your child, right?”

“Yeah. I guess you’re right. You’ve been so much help.” Raxin smiled and walked over to Zexion’s side. She opened her arms for a hug. Zexion accepted and grinned.

“It’s no problem, really. You’re my best friend; it’s what I’m here for.” He said, playfully messing with her hair.

Raxin nodded and let go. “Alrighty then. I’m gonna go tell Axel the news.” She said, in a low tone. “So… are you positive that it’s a girl?” Raxin asked, making sure.

Zexion placed his hand on her stomach and nodded. “Yes, go on and tell your boyfriend.” He winked.

Raxin smiled and waved before running out of the room.

Zexion always seemed to help Raxin with her problems. He was just so smart when it came to that stuff; he knew how to make her happy. They were both the same age, as well. So they understood each other well.
Her boots echoed on the tiled floor, through the narrow hallways of the castle. The smile she had on wasn’t going to wear off anytime soon, she pushed the door that lead to their room open.
“Axel!” She called, stepping in to the room. “Babe, I have something to tell you!” The young brunette walked further into the room, searching for her lover. The room wasn’t that big, it should’ve been easy to find him. “Akuseru-kun? Where are you?” Raxin shrugged and closed the door to their room, once again entering the hall way.
She sped up her pace, walking towards the front entrance.  
“Hey, Raxie, why you walkin’ so fast?”

Raxin turned around, finding Xigbar trying to catch up with her. He was always getting into her business; he’d do anything to find out what she was doing. He pulled on her hood, forcing her to stop.
“What do you want?” She asked, rolling her eyes.

“You’re running towards the exit… there must be SOMETHING up.” Xigbar said, releasing his grip from Raxin’s hood.

“I’m looking… for Axel.” She replied, loosening her shirt from her throat.  “I need to talk to him…”

“Always looking for him…” He sighed. “When aren’t you two together?” The senior nobody folded his arms over his chest.

“I was with Zexion just a couple of minutes ago.” She stuck her tongue at him.

“Well, he’s your Best friend. Of course you were with him ” He said, sticking his tongue out back.

“Well, can I just go? I really need to talk to him.”

“So, he finally knocked you up, huh.”

“What?! No!”

“I know everything, Raxin-chan. It’s obvious, since you’ve been bailing out of missions, puking your brains out. The fridge in the basement is empty as well.”

Raxin widened her eyes and summoned her weapon. She held onto Xigbar’s collar and shoved him to the wall. “I swear on kingdom hearts, if you tell ANYONE, you will die! You hear me? Not just me, Axel too.”

“Well, they’re gonna find out soon enough, hun.” He said, poking her stomach. “It’s not like you’re gonna get any smaller ” Xigbar laughed, forcing Raxin to let go of his collar.  “But I won’t tell them…, don’t worry about that. Heh, good luck with AXEL as the father.” He said, walking away from her.

Raxin moaned, “Ughnn! You are so horrible!” She exclaimed, turning back around to find her boyfriend. She ran faster than before, out the doors before anyone else can see.

She finally discovered him, slumping back to the castle. She didn’t know why he would be upset. He smiled, upon seeing her running towards him. Raxin ran into his arms and held him close.
“Hey.” He said, his voice in a whispering tone. It was on the verge of breaking.

“What’s wrong, Axel?” She asked, feeling really concerned. Axel was never really the upset type. He was always smiling. Something was wrong.

“I’m alright,” He smiled, “Why?”

He could be so stupid sometimes. “Obviously, there’s something wrong… please, tell me.”

Axel ran his hand threw Raxin’s hair, leaning his forehead on hers. “You tell me your news first.” He said, wanting to know what was going on.

“Well… alright. Well… I was talking to Zexion earlier…”

“Baby news?” He asked, stroking her cheek.

“Yeah… somehow, Zexion never fails to amaze me, he discovered the gender. Him with that damn scent thing.” She giggled.

Axel pulled her in even closer, moving his hand down to her waste. “Annddd…?”

“It’s a girl!” Raxin exclaimed, hopping up a little bit. “That really made my day, I mean… now we can narrow down the name choices… right?”

“Yeah.” He pressed his lips against hers, he smiled. “Don’t tell me you’ve already thought of names.”

“Well…” She giggled, laying her head on Axel’s chest. “I like the name Aera….”

“And if she gets accepted into the Organization…”

“Xaera.”

“That’s a really pretty name.” He said, parting from her slightly. “You’ve always been good with that.” The tall redhead, added on, stroking her midsection.  “Hopefully she’ll look just like you, so I can stare at the two prettiest girls in all of our non-existence.” He laughed.

Raxin smiled and looked into Axel’s eyes. “So…  what about your news?” She asked, playfully poking his chest.

Axel turned his gaze towards the eternal night sky, sighing as he let go of Raxin completely. “Roxas…” He began, his smile faded. Raxin stopped as well, frowning.

“What is it?”

“-He’s gone.”

“Gone?”

“He left… he’s not coming back. He said… he wanted to know why he had the keyblade.”

“A-Axel… he’s positive?”

“He left like… an hour ago. He’s not coming back… they’ll find out. And when they find him… they’ll kill him.”

Raxin stepped back and shook her head. “No! Why would they do that?”

“He’s considered a traitor now…”

“That’s not fair! He didn’t do anything!”

“Still, he’s gone. One of the only members I liked… and he’s gone.”

“He was your best friend, I know. It must be hard…” Raxin said, wrapping her arms around him. A tear fell from her eyes, she hated seeing anybody upset. And seeing Axel was just devastating.

Axel returned the hug and buried his face in her hair, breathing slowly. “He was my best friend, what am I supposed to do about it?”

The small brunette’s hair streaks turned blue as she held onto Axel tightly. “I’ll help you find him… they won’t kill him.”

Axel didn’t answer, he just tightened his grip on Raxin.

BWAH. Wellzers, people. I finally decided to finish this… very long chapter. XD
